5. Become a Member of the Club
We welcome both non-playing as well as playing members of the club.
Non-playing members often make a vital contribution to the running of
the club. Their membership fee provides another important source of

As a Sponsor of the club, you receive additional marketing and publicity
that helps your business. Your logo appears on the club shirt and all
promotional materials. It helps generate additional custom and shows
everyone that you value local cricket in the community.
Mortimer Cricket Club raises funds every year in a number of ways.
Social events, sponsors, donations and subscriptions all provide
important income to keep the club running. Here are ways in which you
could help support the club:
1. Becoming a Vice President
Vice Presidents provide an important role working with the leadership of
the club to shape the future direction. They have a publicly recognised
role in the club and contribute an annual amount of £100 or more to the
club. They are welcome to attend Committee Meetings in a non-voting
capacity and are elected annually at the AGM.
2. Making a Gift Donation
We welcome regular and one-off gifts. Contributors can setup regular
donations using our account at GoCardless or making a direct donation to
our bank account which is account number 0420 9184 sort code 60 17 21
using your name as the reference. If you would like your donation to be
recognised publicly or otherwise please contact our Treasurer.

3. Attend one of our Social Events
Every year the club runs a number of social events that raise funds for
the club. Events such as Wine Nights make a big impact on the clubs
